Abstract:
in order to improve the temperature and salt resistance of biopolymer-based chemical plugging rubber plugs, phenolic resin crosslinking agent SG-3 was used to react with hard dextran in saturated NaCl solution to prepare chemical plugging rubber plugs. The effects of crosslinking temperature, time, crosslinking agent concentration and scleroglucan concentration on the mechanical properties of rubber stoppers were studied, the anti-aging properties of rubber plugs in saturated NaCl solution at 120 ℃ were investigated. The results show that the reaction temperature and the concentration of the hard dextran have great influence on the properties of the rubber plug. The mechanical properties of the plug were enhanced with the increase of the concentration of dextran. At 80 ℃, the chemical plugging rubber made by the reaction of 3% scleroglucan and 1% cross-linking agent has both good mechanical strength and toughness. The chemical plugging rubber plug was not deformed after aging in saturated NaCl solution at 120 ℃ for 40 h, but almost completely degraded after 72 h. The chemical plugging rubber plug prepared by the crosslinking agent of hard dextran and phenolic resin has good salt and temperature resistance, and can be gradually degraded in the simulated formation water environment.
